1. Booking Policy
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A valid ID proof is required at the time of check-in.
- Rates may vary based on room type, season, and availability.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 72 hours before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No-show guests will be charged as per the cancellation policy.
3. Check-in/Check-out Policy
- Check-in Time: From 12:00 PM
- Check-out Time: By 11:00 AM
- Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
4. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and conduct during their stay.
- Damage to hotel property may result in additional charges.
- Unauthorized use of the hotel’s facilities or services is prohibited.
5. Liability Clause
Varahaswamy Guest House is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests, including but not limited to personal belongings, accidents, or health-related issues during the stay.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
